There is a way to do this in IE, although it's not perfect.

You create a form with a Mailto action, and an enctype=text/plain. when this
form is submitted, an email will be sent out that has as it's body the input
stuff in the form.

A couple problems with this approach is that IE pops a dialog up letting the
user know that they are sending email (Privacy concerns probably, but it's
annoying to get this anyway ALL the time). Under Netscape, the user doesn't
see this message.

Hi all,

I am creating a feedback page and want to do this :-

After people finished the form and click "submit", then the form will be
send automatically through email and the page will be turn into a thank you
note.

For netscape browser, I know the way to do it (without launching the email
client), but how about IE browser??

thanks in advance

Kev
