passing arguments to "exec"

 passing arguments to "exec"

Does anybody know how to pass more than one argument packed in a string to
exec call?
If I do something like this:

set my_args "-1 -2 -3"
exec my_prog $my_args

then my_prog thinks I am passing one huge illegal argument, instead of 3
different args!

Thanks!

ps - its a windowz platform
