Unless I am mistaken, isn't there a place to put a single shortcut that
will be displayed for all users?
I know that in Win 2k you can modify the C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\ directory (assuming that
the OS is on the C:\ drive) and that will be displayed for all users. I
believe it is the same with Win98.
Try right clicking on the Start button then choosing Explore from the
menu. Go up a few levels and you
should get a good idea of the structure.
