"info hostname" "clock scan" bug on HPUX 10.10

I have stumbled over a bug wherein the "info hostname" returns the
wrong value after the "clock scan" command has been executed.  This
bug only occurs on my HP-UX 10.10 system.  I built Tcl on this system
using the HP ANSI C compiler using the usual procedure.  No problems
were encountered during the build, and "make test" returned no errors.
Below is the pertinent information.  If this is a known problem with
a solution, or if this problem is indicative of bigger problems, please
send message directly to me as I don't ordinarily monitor this news
