 Small Announce: tar tool and directory browser (not file browser)

I stuck some files into the incoming directory on harbor.
One is tktar and the other is called dirbrowser.
They are both short little programs.

Motivation:  I wanted a simple program that I could launch from
metamail that would let me look at a tar file and decide where I
wanted to extract it. tktar provides the former, and dirbrowser
is like the example file browser, but doesn't include files, only
directories and symbollic links to directories.  It provided a
convenient way to choose where to extract a tar file via point and
click if you don't want to type into the entry widget.

Feel free to use them and modify them.  I thought somebody might
find them useful.
Here's my .mailcap entry(s) - second one is untested:

application/x-tar-gzip ; tktar %s  ; label="Gzipped Tar File";
application/x-tar-compress ; tktar %s ; label="Compressed Tar File";
