 Bug: BWidget MessageDlg

The BWidget MessageDlg (1.3.0) doesn't seem to handle correctly any
options that are passed on to the tk_messageBox widget (e.g. font,
background). This happens when the -type is not set to "user"

For example,

MessageDlg .msDlg \
        -font   {courier 10 bold italic} \
        -message "Look, no courier" \
        -type   ok

doesn't set the font. However,

MessageDlg .msDlg \
        -buttons Ok \
        -font {courier 10 bold italic} \
        -message "Look, no courier" \
        -type   user

does, but doesn't have the same look as a tk_messageBox (e.g no
separator line above the button).

The built-in Tk dialog (tk_messageBox) does not support these -font, etc.,
options.  So a BWidgets MessageDlg of any type that passes through to
tk_messageBox will not support those options.

I think it is a bug that the BWidgets MessageDlg, when using -type user,
does not look like a tk_messageBox.  Maybe you could work up a patch to
correct that flaw?
