ANNOUNCE: new "plus"- and "dash"-patches available for Tcl7.5a2/Tk4.1a2

The following files are available at the NICI ftp-server now:

And there are new versions of the "plus"-patch for Tcl7.4p2/Tk4.0p2:

About the new "plus"-patches:
Some new functions are added that allow other applications to take
control of the event-loop of Tcl7.4, Tcl7.5, Tk4.0 or Tk4.1. This
makes it possible to create extensions that work unchanged with
Tcl or Tk, and can be dynamically loaded with Tcl7.5/Tk4.1.
More information about the new functions is available in:

About the new "dash"-patch:
No new features compared to tk4.0p2dash/tk4.1a1dash. A new version
was necessary, because the old one gave rejects with tk4.1a2. These
are restored. More information:

These files will be uploaded to ftp.aud.alcatel too, so in a few
days they should appear there.
