 X-Newsgroups and Newsgroups headers

From now on messages forwarded from the newsgroup to the mailing list
will have a Newsgroups header and no X-Newsgroups header.  Also, if a
message that was posted to the mailing list has a Newsgroups header
that contains comp.lang.python and does not contain too many other
newsgroups, the message will be cross posted to all groups mentioned.
X-Newsgroups is not used or generated anymore.

I know that the Newsgroups header is not an officially sanctioned
e-mail header, but who cares.
