Another FAQ maintained using the FAQ wizard

I'm not sure if anyone's keeping track of such things, but I whipped the vtk
FAQ into FAQ wizard form today.  It's available at:

    http://www.*-*-*.com/

One thing I noticed (and plan to remedy) is to put in a python plug on the
front page.  Also, I'm not entirely sure the FAQ Wizard version number makes
a lot of sense outside the Python development community.  I think I'll yank
that as well.

Kudos (once again) to Guido for such a cool tool.

Now, anyone want to convert the Perl FAQ? ;-) (Actually, I'd be surprised if
Tom C. or one of the other Perl gurus had not already done something
similar...)
