 Atomread/2

Hi

I'm trying to get the Wordnet database to run with a SWI compiler. But I
keep on meeting built-in predicates that SWI does'nt know.

E.G.:
Has anyone ever met the predicate atomread/2 before?

strange. Isn't the wordnet database simply a collection of unit clauses?

As far as I know, it is and loads just fine (small tip: run qcompile/1
on the big files to place precompiled files next to the originals, they
require about 1/4-th of the CPU time to load:

?- [wn_g].
% wn_g compiled into wn_g 4.88 sec, 11,980,872 bytes
?- halt.

?- qcompile(wn_g).
% /usr/local/wordnet/pl/wn_g.pl *qcompiled* into wn_g 6.17 sec, 13,154,428 bytes
?- halt.

?- [wn_g].
% wn_g loaded into wn_g 1.22 sec, 11,980,772 bytes

(Linux, Pentium-II/450, 384 MB memory).

A grep through my copy of wordnet 1.6 doesn't show atomread.  Google finds
one reference in a demo file on the ALS site.
