 CLP goes internet

The latest application of Constraint Handling Rules (CHRs) brings
constraint reasoning to the internet.  CHRs are a high-level language
for writing constraint solvers. The application is a small expert system
available on the world-wide-web. It computes the estimated rent of a
flat based on its description as input by the user. Thanks to
constraint technology, the description can be incomplete. The system,
including a special-purpose web-server, is written in ECLIPSe,
ECRC's constraint logic programming (CLP) platform, utilizing its CHR
library.
