Some free ones are at ftp.ai.uga.edu.  Our favorite commercial one
is LPA Prolog; some information about LPA is also on our FTP site
if I'm not mistaken.

Consider SICStus Prolog3:
Personal (binary) license at $US 137
Academic (source code) site license at $US 890
Commercial single user (binary) license at $US 890
Commercial site license from $US 4475

see http://www.sics.se/sicstus.html

Why not check out Visual Prolog which is fully portable
across MS-Windows, Win95, NT and OS/2.
