 Executing a dump of a remote mysql server

1) Install a MySQL Client software on the client

2) From the client MySQL console type

   mysqldump -u <user> -p<password(no blank before)>
             -h <remote_mysql_IP_or_address> <database> <(optional) table>
             > dump.txt
