Not until you start dressing completely in black and periodically giving
out a maniacal "BWAHAHAHA!"  It also helps if you can grow a handlebar
mustache.

Or you can program in JavaScript and Visual Basic.  That pretty much
eliminates the need for that other claptrap.  :-)
