posix ????

 posix ????

I'm trying to do this:

use POSIX strftime;
print strftime("%I:%M %p", localtime), "\n";

and get this error when run from the shell, "Server Error" from browser.

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at notes1.pl line 140.

Anyone have any ideas on what's going wrong and what I or my system admin.
needs to do to use the posix functions.

Any good documentation around?

Thanks!

That looks like Perl has found the problem. Do you have any idea why Perl
might be having troubles finding "POSISX"? :-)  Hope this helps!
