Well, if you have ActiveState's Perl installed, just type:

c:\perl\bin>ppm install Tk

I assume that you mean windows 95 or 98 - if so you will be able to get
th Tk module for the Activestate port <http://www.activestate.com> if and
when you have that version of Perl installed you can install the Tk
with the PPM (Perl Package Manager) utility that comes with that
distribution by simply typing (assuming you are connected to the
internet):

   ppm install Tk

at your command prompt. For other ways of using PPM you will want to read
the manual which comes with ActivePerl.

Well Spock, you have not shown true Vulcan determination.
Because www.perl.com has a link to www.activestate.com ,
where you can download a binary for all win32 systems.
This subject has been discussed here _ad_infinitum_, so
you must not have searched this newsgroup too hard either.
Once you have Perl, you can use ActiveState's ppm program
to snag a copy of Tk, all set up for your system.

But that's not a polite way to perform Usenet communications.
Perhaps you should also read news.newusers.questions and
find out what is expected of posters.  In particular, the
comp.lang.perl.misc newsgroup has definite standards to which
posters aare expected to adhere.  Thanks in advance for
following them the next time.
