 activestate perl and lwp::useragen->requests_redirectable

Hi I am having some trouble with the
LWP::UserAgent-requests_redirectable method (see code below) I get :

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't locate object method "requests_redirectable" via package
"LWP::UserAgent" (perhaps you forgot to load "LWP::UserAgent"?)
at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\perl\skippy1.pl line 11.

use LWP::UserAgent;
use HTTP::Cookies;
use HTTP::Request::Common;
my $cookie_jar = HTTP::Cookies::Netscape->new(
                        file => "C:/WINDOWS/Temp/cookies.txt",
                        autosave => 1
);
my $browser = LWP::UserAgent->new;
$browser->cookie_jar( $cookie_jar );

I am usin activestate perl for win32 ver 5.6
$browser->agent('Mozilla/4.76 [en] (Windows NT 4.0; U)');
