 Net::Ping

Some tests failed in Net::Ping, which made make install return a bad status
What can I do?

t/200_ping_tcp.......FAILED tests 3, 5-6
        Failed 3/13 tests, 76.92% okay
t/250_ping_hires.....skipped
        all skipped: no Time::HiRes
t/300_ping_stream....skipped
        all skipped: loopback echo service is off (Invalid argument)
t/400_ping_syn.......ok 10/19SUPPOSED TO BE DOWN: http://www.*-*-*.com/
t/400_ping_syn.......FAILED test 14
        Failed 1/19 tests, 94.74% okay
t/410_syn_host.......ok 10/19SUPPOSED TO BE DOWN: http://www.*-*-*.com/
t/410_syn_host.......FAILED test 13
        Failed 1/19 tests, 94.74% okay
t/450_service........ok
t/500_ping_icmp......ok

It's known that some Net::Ping tests fail if there's no permanent
connection to the internet. Firewalls may be a problem, too.
