 Retrieving contents of url

After successfully running the below script, I'm
getting an "Unexpected EOF" error message on the
second run. Any ideas?

#!/applications/perl5/bin/perl5.003 -w
use LWP::UserAgent;
use HTTP::Request;
use HTTP::Status;

$url="http://commodities/CAD/CALICO01.FXR";
$ua=LWP::UserAgent->new();
$request=HTTP::Request->new('GET',$url);
$request->authorization_basic('caduser','caduser99
!');
$response=$ua->request($request,"myfile");
if ($response->is_error) {
    print "ERROR code : ",$response->code(),
",Message: ",$response->message() ,"\n";
