Updated versions of Locale::Country and Locale::Language (1.02) are
making their way round CPAN:

Changes in this version:
    *   new language codes, and changes for a small number of languages
    *   minor changes in country names, mainly due to spelling changes
    *   minor tweaks to doc, including links to official pages for
        the relevant ISO standards.

So if your users speak Uighur, or they're connecting from
Wallis and Futuna, then you might want to upgrade.

What are these modules? They provide a full list of the two letter ISO
codes for language ('ug' for Uighur) and country ('wf' for Wallis & Futuna)
identification. There are utility functions for mapping between codes
and full names, and routines for querying the full list.

Thanks to Jarkko Hietaniemi who pointed me at updated pages for these
standards, and the need for an update release.
