ANN: Tut # 1 (reissued) Auto-generation of Perl module skeletons using h2xs

init-module.pl generates a new Perl module called Abc::Xyz using the Perl
tool h2xs, and then patches both the source of the module and the file
Makefile.PL. It then installs the new module ready for use.

The code works identically under Linux and Windows, altho under Linux you'll
probably have to be root to run the install part of init-module.pl.

test-module.pl 'uses' the new module, as you would with any other module, to
show it was properly installed.
