I think you are looking for the OPEN method of the Window object.
Window.open(url,name,features,replace)
Under the features you can specify the height and width of a new
window as in the following example..
newWin=window.open(url,"newWindow",
"menubar=no,status=no,location=no,width=485,height=400,
toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes"
Yes I know this would be more appropriate under a Javascript or html
group, but the question was asked here.
