 Tail Recursion/continuations in C (CBOYER 1.3)

My cboyer.c benchmark version 1.3 has been posted to
comp.lang.scheme.c, along with cboyer.s automatically optimized for
the sparc by replacing register window pushes with explicit register
saves.

For those who missed the earlier discussions, this benchmark is PORTABLE
ANSI C which makes the C stack into the first generation of a generational
garbage collector.
