lucid common lisp -- C -- Common lisp intercallability

Hi!

I would like some help in setting up C -> Common Lisp (Lucid) -> C
intercallability.

This is waht I am trying to do:

I would like to write a parser using Yacc and Lex, and call the yacc
generated parser from lisp.  Further I would like to set up things so
that the yacc generated parser builds Lisp structures instead of C
structures and  have these objects returned to the lisp environment by
the parser.

My question is

1) Is this doable?
2) Could anyone out there send me some of the interface files used for
setting up this type of intercallability so I have some examples to
look at?

Thanks,
