what is the comparison between lisp and other imperative language like
C and Pascal? This comparison should concern to their features not the
syntax.

This sounds very much like someone's homework. Why not try Altavista? Or
Andrew Cooke has a nice language comparison essay, you can dejanews one of
his posts from cll and take the url from one of them.
