 fasl file magic numbers?

After using ACL yesterday with ILISP and doing that `M-x
ilisp-compile-inits' thing,
CMUCL was{*filter*} today on the first expression I was trying to
evaluate: (load "s-package")

So, how can an implementor determine a fasl file generated by some other
Lisp is definitely
not theirs easily?
