dtime, etime and itime in RS6000 fortran

I'm trying to use dtime, etime and itime on RS6000.
These fonctions are not in the default libraries, and /usr/lib/libU77.a
doesn't exist.
Are these fonctions available on RS6000 ?
If yes, in which library ?
If not, what is their xlf counterparts ?

Please answer directly by e-email.

Thanks.
