WANTED: F77 textbook for 1st undergraduate CS course

I'm sorry if this is a frequently-asked question:

Can anyone recommend a fortran 77 textbook which is appropriate for
first-semester computer science undergraduates?  (Yes, we're STILL
using F77 for this class - no flames please!)

That is, it should be clear and concise, at a very introductory level
including perhaps a discussion on general computer workings.

Thanks!
