There's a program floating around the net calle f2c which
converts Fortran to C.  I've never used it so I can't comment
on the readability of the C generated.

Unfortunately, I'm not hooked to the net right now so I can't
tell you where to find a DOS executables or original source.  The
OS/2 version executables and source are at
        ftp-os2.cdrom.com:/pub/os2/2_x/program/(F2CB.ZIP & F2CS.ZIP),
        respectively.

The DOS version is probably at mirror site of Simtel-120 (i.e.
        oak.oakland.edu, garbo.uwasa.fi, wuarchive.wustl.edu, ...).

If you need the source for another platform, I'm sure archie
        can help.
