 old C style to new C style conversion

is there any kind of utility that takes old style C statements and outputs
new style?

i.e.
 main(argc, argv)
 {
 int argc, char *argv
 ...

 to

  void main(int argc, char *argv)
--

    "It is the very mind itself
     That leads the mind astray;
     Of the mind,
     Do not be mindless."
