     A.   MUSTS
          1.   Bachelor's or Master's degree
          2.   3 years experience in C++ programming developing
               vector graphics
          3.   Ability to work well at client's site, unsupervised
          4.   Ability to travel

     B.   PREFERRED
          1.   Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer/information
               science
          2.   3 years experience in communication protocol TCP/IP
               and networks
          3.   Microsoft NT programming
          4.   Microsoft Visual C++, specializing in vector
               graphics
          5.   32 bit Windows
          6.   Exposure to varying computer sites
