 Shareware ANSI C Compilers

Can anyone recommend a shareware ansi C compiler for MS-DOS?  I am
looking for a tool to teach a couple of high-scholl age students, who
cannot afford to put out a lot of bucks, and do not have windows-capable
machines at home, so the main thread of tool development has passed them
by.  IDE, etc, not required -- just a command line.

As long as they have a 386 or better then DJGPP would work.  I think it's
available at ftp://oak.oakland.edu/pub/SimTel/vendors/djgpp or something
similar.
