Oracle provides some tools to allow C programs to connect to and query
Oracle databases.  However, these tools are outside the scope of the C
programming language, and not very topical here.  You will get more
comprehensive answers on how to accomplish this in a newsgroup devoted
to Oracle (comp.databases.oracle.tools is probably your best bet).  I
think the product name is Pro*C.
