 FATAL ERROR IN BC++

Hello,

I've come across an error that I cant resolve -

in Borland C++ 4.0, I saved my .c file
and closed my project and exited..and then
came back and reopened BC++ and then tried
to open the same project..but upon doing that
I get the error message:

BCW Fatal

Fatal error in BCW at 000E:1COF(addr=0x26af1cof)
Borland C++ will terminate.
save editors before exit?

I dont know what I could have done to my project file
to cause Borland to do this...

is this bug in this version of BC++?
or may I have introduced some sort of fatality
in my file somehow?

Basically BC++ wont let me open an .ide or .c
file that was perfectly fine before...

Any suggestions?

Also, would anyone know the process to upgrade
to BC++ 4.02 and the price as a registered user?

Thanks very much!
Regards,
