exe-file format of Windows 95 and Windows NT

Could somebody give a detailed description of the Windows 95 and Windows NT
exe-file format?
Could the info be downloaded from somewhere or is the information found in
some good book?
I guess the format should be easier than dos exe-format beacase no
relocation table is needed?
