PM: can't execute ints larger than 15

Hi there

If I try to execute any interrupts larger than 15 in protected mode I get
an exception.
on int 16 i get a page fault exception, but paging is disabled and on all
other ints I get a general protection fault (error code=0), but my IDTR
entries are correct.
int 0 to int 15 work without any problems.
Hardware ints are disabled.
I don't use any dos extender or similar. I wrote my own asm code to switch
to PM.
