Package vrml.external.field not found in import

I am trying to compile TinyClump.java on an Indigo2 with -

Inventor Execution Only Environment, 2.1.1
Netscape Navigator Client, 3.01S
IRIS Digital Media Execution Environment, 5.5.1
Cosmo Player, version 1.0.2 Beta3 for IRIX 5.3

and javac returns an error message -

TinyClump.java:5: Package vrml.external.field not found in import.
import vrml.external.field.*;
^
my path is -

/usr/CosmoPlayer/classes/vrml:/usr/java:/usr/java/bin:/usr/java/usr/lib: etc.

and

% ls -al /usr/CosmoPlayer/classes/vrml/external
total 13
drwxr-xr-x    4 root     sys          512 Jun  4 10:57 ./
drwxr-xr-x    3 root     sys          512 Jun  4 10:57 ../
-r--r--r--    1 root     sys         2236 Jun  4 10:57 Browser.class
-r--r--r--    1 root     sys          856 Jun  4 10:57 Node.class
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     sys          512 Jun  4 10:57 exception/
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     sys         1536 Jun  4 10:57 field/

What should I do to help javac find this package?

Many thanks,

too far, it should point to /usr/CosmoPlayer/classes where package
names (vrml.external.field.*) start.

See above.

I've tried that, but even with that path change the same error
messages are returned.  Is it possible that javac requires all
imported packages to be under the /usr/java tree?  CosmoPlayer
is just where SGI's installation program put it - could SGI
have got it wrong?

Hi all,

I'm doing a research that requires the VRML's landscape (hill, coast,
earth, slope, etc). I would be appreciate if anyone who has the VRML's
landscape can send it to me.

Thanks.
