        Manage bicoastal group of support engineers, Interface with
division engineers regarding technical issues, Oversee failure
analysis group, Travel required.

        BSEE/BS Semiconductor Physics, advanced degree preferred.
direct experience with semiconductor fabrication required.  Excellent
{*filter*}and written communications skills required.  Excellent analytical
skills required.  Demonstrated management ability. Good PC skills.
Good negotiating skills.  Good understanding of the economics of
semiconductor manufacturing.

2.      ASIC Engineering Support Engineer - Linear

        Support Linear and Mixed Signal ASIC development, deployment
and End-Of-Life (replacement).  Conduct Failure Analysis of defective
devices.  Interface with Division Engineering and suppliers.  Travel
required.

        BSEE/BS Semiconductor Physics. Experience with Linear ASICS.
