 Job Opening - Technical Sales Representative

Design Acceleration, a leading developer of software tools for the ASIC
design marketplace.  The company's first product, named Signalscan, is
a waveform viewing tool marketed primarily to Verilog designers and
programmers worldwide.  Signalscan also supports analog simulation
results viewing from EPIC's and MetaSoftware's simulators.  In its
first year and a half of operations, Design Acceleration sold
Signalscan to many companies worldwide, including Brooktree, Convex,
Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Motorola, National Semiconductor, Sun
Microsystems and Texas Instruments.

Design Acceleration is seeking an aggressive technical sales
representative to help the company continue its rapid growth.

Job responsibilities include following up on and closing existing
leads, generating new leads from industry sources, and contributing to
product development.

The candidate should have a college degree (preferably BSEE or BCS),
3-5+ years in an EDA sales or applications engineering role, and have a
working knowledge of ASIC design methodologies, especially using
Verilog or VHDL.  The candidate must enjoy fast paced, small company
environment, and Macintosh experience would be a plus, including
FileMaker Pro.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary plus
an excellent incentive plan, stock options, and major medical and
dental benefits.
