Does anyone have or know of the existence of a verilog mode lisp
file for GNU or Lucid emacs (verilog-mode.el)?

Verilog Turbo V2.0.x from Cadence comes with lemacs, customized for Verilog.
It also acts as a source code de{*filter*} during execution.

You can plug in any lemacs (now xemacs) into the environment as well.
