Verilog to Spice netlister?

 Verilog to Spice netlister?

I have seen this question come up here some time back, but didn't see
any reply.
So, here we go again -

Is there any commercial or non-commercial product available to translate
structural
Verilog netlist to Spice netlist?

Help very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Pratix

I think the new OVI Verilog AMS language (LRM can be ordered from OVI)
is intended to solve your problem.  It supports analog simulation of Verilog
and has ability to include spice decks.  Idea is that library models
(digtial and analog macro cells usually) are coded in spice or Verilog-A
modeling language at bottom level, atod and dtoa converters are automatically
inserted following LRM rules.

I think this solves your problem but obviously someone needs to write the spice
cell models.  Structural Verilog is left as structural Verilog but simulation
is as accruate as spice cell models and atod and dtoa converters coded in
library allow.

Alternatively, any P1364 Verilog simulator supports switch level modeling
using tran and rtran gates.

Hope this helps.
