Help develop State-of-the-Art Hardware technology

ArrayComm, a rapidly growing company in San Jose California, is developing
base station technology for wireless communication systems based on
state-of-the-art signal processing techniques.  In particular, we build
boards packed with DSPs that process signals from arrays of antennas to
improve the performance of cellular telephone systems.

Successful HARDWARE ENGINEERING candidates will have at least 3 years'
experience with PCB-level high-speed digital design, including familiarity
with RISC processors, DSP designs, and designing using FPGAs/PLDs.  This
position also requires hands-on lab prototyping and testing, and familiarity
with schematic entry and PCB layout.  Knowledge of RF, signal processing
techniques and/or diagnostic software is a PLUS.  BSEE required, MSEE
preferred.

All candidates should be creative and self-motivated, possess strong
analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a
team-work setting.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
required.
