 Skin and C#???

Ching,

    There is nothing in the framework itself, but I believe there are some
third-party tools/libraries that might do this though.

 Skin and C#???
That's like asking if anyone has any ideas about accounting software in C# or
.NET.  One has nothing to do with the other.  You can implement anything you
want in any language ... some being a bit better than others for specific kinds
of tasks.

On the other hand I have noticed that my complexion has improved since using C#
<s>.

C# - Good for what ails you and the heartbreak of psoriasis, apparently ;)

I guess this could go under the C# slogans thread as well

This article[1] that I wrote has an accompanying example of how to create a
non-rectangular window with a custom background - which is what skinning is
pretty much all about.
