Attributes not created when ConstructorInfo.Invoke used to create object

I have a class with a few attributes, including a TypeConverter and Editor.
They work fine when the object is created through new, but when created
from a dynamically loaded assembly, through ConstructorInfo.Invoke()
they don't....

Basically, in a PropertyGrid the type converter only works with the explicit

There must either be a bug in the CLR/reflection code or something is very
subtle in the way Invoke creates an object.
