Is there a guidelines on issues and best proctices for migrations from VS 6
to VS.NET?

 Guidelines

1. Convince coworkers that VB isn't "good enough" and that they should
migrate asap
2. Convince management that .NET is so WAY better than anything else that
has come out since... punchcards..
3. Grab the C# books from MS Press
4. Enjoy.

There certainly is guidance on migrating from VB6 to .NET.
