hurcan,

    It doesn't seem like there is anything on the Thread class right now to
determine that.  However, if you want to use the current thread id, you
could always use P/Invoke to call the GetCurrentThreadId, like so:

[DllImport("kernel32.dll")]
public static extern int GetCurrentThreadId();

Try System.AppDomain.GetCurrentThreadId().
