why remote object is activated twice when client call arrives

I just tried some examples in msdn
I found if remote object is registered as SingleCall, then when the first
call arrives from client, server will activate the remote object twice. (the
example prints out some info in constructor)

And If I use Singleton, it works fine.
Somebody can help me explain that?
