 check if a label exists?

Is there a way to check whether a particular label (or procedure)
exists (declared within a program).
Thanks.

I am using OS/2 Rexx (classic), Regina.

If your concern is that a signal/call will not word, you can specify SIGNAL ON
SYNTAX and do something if it fails.

You can always read the source code via SOURCELINE.
