 Whille on WinXp or Win2000 I have error

When use ps2pdf under WinXP or Win 2000 error "
Error /invalidfont in findfont

GNU GostScript 6.51 Unrecoverable error exit code 1
gsdll_init returns 1

It seems you do not have that font (if so, get it); or that
ghostscript doesn't know how to look for it (if so, read the
ghostscript installation instructions).
