 Decryption Program_Need Help

Names of player (in  uppercase) suspected of match fixing have been received
from the King Commission in alphabetical order.The data has been encrypted
and stored in a file called KINGDOM.txt

Vowels have been replaced by numbers as follows:

'A' = 1
'E' = 2
'I' = 3
'O' = 4
'U' = 5

The rest of the letters are replaced by the letter that follows in the
alphabet.
Eg. 'B' is replaced by 'C' and 'M' replaced by 'N'.
       'Z' is replaced by 'A' etc.

Q1. Decrypt each line in the file and discover the name of a suspected match
fixer. Store the names of these suspected players in a file of string called
SUSPECTS.DAT

Q2. Change the last field in the corresponding record in MASTER.DAT to TRUE
if the name of the player appears in SUSPECT.DAT

Even if you cant do the full solution, but just the decryption part, I would
appreciate it.
